The campaign will run until 30th April. PF Solvent is the power industry cleaning solution. It is a full strength solvent/degreaser for cable cleaning prior to jointing, maintenance of cables, switchgear and network equipment and electrical equipment cleaning and degreasing. It removes oils, soils, tar and bitumen and leaves no residue after complete evaporation. Controlled evaporation allows a significant reduction in solvent consumption and VOC emissions to the atmosphere. PT Technologies Europe are delighted to announce we are extending our agreement of supply to Bombardier Aerospace, Belfast. We just have agreed a long term supply arrangement for our solvent cleaners. Bombardier Belfast is part of the world’s third largest civil aircraft manufacturer and a world leader in the design and manufacture of innovative aviation products and services for the aerospace industry. We will be continuing to supply them with PFSRM, our masked sealant remover specifically designed and manufactured for the aerospace industry. It is a solvent based cleaning system designed to provide effective surface cleaning. A heavy duty degreaser for sealant and adhesive residue removal for use in a wide variety of applications. PFSRM is 100% volatile and leaves no residue after evaporation. It is available in both liquid and impregnated wipes including flat packs. The wipe system was designed to eliminate flammable liquid storage and transport issues. It has a low evaporation rate and reduces solvent consumption and VOC emissions. PT Technologies Europe have yet again received top marks in our annual supplier rating from one of our aerospace customers, CTRM Aero-Composite in Malaysia. We supply them with PF-SR in liquid form. PF-SR is a heavy duty solvent based degreaser for sealant and adhesive residue removal in a wide variety of applications in the aerospace industry. It is one of the most popular products from our aerospace range, not only due to its effectiveness, but also because it reduces VOC emissions, reduces human exposure to hazardous substances and also its low evaporation rate reduces solvent consumption meaning cost savings. The well respected German power contractors, Sudkabel, have given their approval of PT Technologies cable cleaning and degreasing wipes, PF Solvent. They tested them for suitability due to problems with air transport of cleaning agents MAB 90 and Acetone. After testing, they recorded that PF cleaning wipes have very good cleaning power, similar to that of MAB 90 and Acetone and can be used as a replacement for air transport, to eliminate the problems associated with transporting by air. PT Technologies are also happy to report that not only does the non flammable PF Solvent eliminate hazardous transport, storage and logisitic issues, it also reduces VOC emissions and health & safety exposure problems.
