PT Technologies Europe is happy to announce our most recent approval to AMS 3819C for the smooth, white cloth used in various packaging forms of our impregnated wipes. AMS 3819C contains the pre-production test requirements for cleaning cloths for aircraft primary and secondary structural surfaces. Testing was carried out by the top ranking and highly respected UDRI, University of Dayton Research Institute and the cloth passed all requirements for Grade A cleaning cloths. Customers across the aerospace industry can avail of this high spec cloth through our range of impregnated wipes such as our sealant remover and our cleaning and degreasing wipes for surface preparation, among others. Securing this approval is just one more step in PT Technologies goal to supply our customers with the best quality materials and products on offer. New Irish Utilities Distributor Appointed

Based in Loughrea, Co Galway, Tynagh are Ireland’s leading specialists in electrical safety and construction. With over 25 years in business, they are suppliers to utilities in Ireland, England, Middle East and Australia. Supplying electrical Powerline and Safeline equipment, they are the sole suppliers of Safeline electrical short-circuiting equipment to the ESB. We will be supplying them with products from our utilities range such as our high voltage approved liquid and wipes for cable and electrical equipment cleaning and degreasing and our waterbased cable installation lubricants.
Canadian Distributor Appointed
Friday, May 28th, 2010PT Technologies Europe is happy to announce the appointment of Alldec Trading Ltd as our first distributor in North America. They are based in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. Alldec are Canada’s largest supplier of automotive, industrial and safety products. We will be supplying them with products from our Aerospace and Utilities range such as our sealant remover, water based cleaner/degreaser for surface preparation, cable cleaning & degreasing wipes and our waterless antibacterial hand cleaning wipes. We were delighted to welcome Peter from Alldec to PT this week when he made a special trip to visit with us. Thorne & Derrick Appointed As Utility Distributor

Thorne & Derrick are specialist electrical distributors and carry products for LV-HV cable installation along with jointing, power and heating products. Their key product groups include joints & terminations - heat & cold shrink, cable cleats, cable glands, cable lugs, fuses, fusegear, feeder pillars, distribution pillars and arc flash clothing among others. With offices in Gateshead, Glasgow and Bristol, they service a wide range of clientele including LV-HV jointing contractors, cable distributors and high voltage switchgear installers. New UK Sales Engineer Appointed

Dalawar brings extensive experience with him having previously worked as a sales engineer with BICC Cables where he was responsible for delivering fibre optic cable solutions to utilities such as BT, the National Grid, British Waterways and cable tv operators. We are confident he can meet the needs of both existing and new customers in every way. Barry Read will continue in his role as UK Business Manager but due to increased activity, will focus on the aerospace sector. PowerSail Tackling Crosshaven
Wednesday, April 21st, 2010PT Technologies is happy to announce we will be sponsoring Crosshaven Rugby Club new shirts with PowerSail, our multi purpose cleaning wipe specifically designed for the marine industry. PowerSail is the ideal replacement for liquid cleaners that can spill on board in cockpit lockers etc. With a scrub and smooth side, PowerSail wipes are capable of dealing with the full range of cleaning applications on board, both above and below deck. They tackle everything, such as engine oil, bilge grime, mildew stains, grease, scuff marks, waterline scum and exhaust stains. PT Technologies products approved for use on Eaton Aerospace Fuel System products, to FAA - SFAR 88 - Critical Design Configuration Control Limitations (CDCCL)–Fuel System
Friday, March 5th, 2010Because of the work we have been doing with Eaton Aerospace Ltd, PT Technologies were invited to offer our range of Aerospace products for use in the Eaton Aerospace Ltd repair and overhaul manuals. PF-SR Sealant Remover, PF-QD Quick Dry Solvent, PF AquaForte Water Based Cleaner and PF Solvent Degreaser have now been written into the repair manuals for potential worldwide use at Eaton Aerospace’s 28 facilities and third party MRO stations. This means the cleaning products required to repair and service “on condition” units out in service in line with the Federal Aviation Administration - SFAR88 / CDCCL requirements, have been standardised and simplified, which is critical for the customer. Units provided by Eaton Aerospace Ltd create millions of repairs each year. These repairs are completed by both Eaton Aerospace Ltd and third party workshops and have to be carried out to mandatory instructions contained within the Component Maintenance Manuals which specify all tooling, oils, greases and cleaning products to be used, and which now include PT Technologies Aerospace product range. Of course, in order to facilitate this, PT Technologies need to be able to supply our products worldwide to support fleet maintenance, specifically in Europe, Asia and the USA, so we are delighted to be partnering Haas TCM who is a large multinational Chemical Services Company www.haastcm.com
